Southeastern Freight Lines is Recognized By Moen as a Partner in Quality

Moen Incorporated recently recognized Southeastern Freight Lines with the Partners In Quality award for 2004. Southeastern Freight Lines, the only carrier to reach the Partnership level every year since the inception of the program, received their tenth consecutive Partners in Quality award. Southeastern has continuously excelled in Moens Partners in Quality program while increasing the level of performance each year and achieving an unparalleled level of excellence. Southeastern was one of only two Less-than-Truckload carriers to receive Moens PIQ award for 2004, with the other award recipient being Southeastern's partner carrier in the Midwest, Dayton Freight Lines. Moen Incorporated, headquartered in North Olmsted, Ohio, is one of the worlds largest manufacturers of plumbing products.

Moens Partners in Quality program is not only a measurement of Moens carriers, it is also a tool used to evaluate the success of various programs that Moen implements. Moens Partners In Quality program measures carriers in the areas of service performance and process control. The performance measures include facility complaints, billing and rating accuracy, claims ratio and resolution and quality processes which include measurements in the areas of: sales and terminal support, customer service response, communication, following plant procedures, communication, driver professionalism, and condition of equipment.
