Saia Names Clavier Baton Rouge Terminal Manager

DULUTH, Ga. - June 21, 2005 - Less-Than-Truckload carrier Saia, Inc. has named Doug Clavier, a veteran transportation employee, the terminal manager of their Baton Rouge, LA facility.

Clavier has more that 11 years experience in the transportation industry in both sales and operations. He earned his degree from Louisiana State University.

Doug Clavier and his wife, Erica, have a five-year-old son, Hudson.

"Doug Clavier brings a great deal of knowledge and experience to his new position," said Saia Senior Vice President of Operations Tony Albanese. "Louisiana was the birthplace of Saia and continues to be a vital part of our network and will thrive under Doug's leadership."
