Todd Dailey Wins Chrome Shop Mafia's

Arlington, Texas - November 28, 2008:  Todd Dailey of Monticello, Georgia, was announced winner of the Chrome Shop Mafia's "Sweet Freedom" Custom Truck Give-Away, during a live broadcast by the Midnight Trucking Radio Network on Monday, November 24.

In early 2008, Midnight Trucking Radio and J.B. Hunt Transport teamed with the Chrome Shop Mafia for the largest promotion in the radio network's history, awarding a fully customized Freightliner Century Class truck valued at $100,000.  The truck was christened "Sweet Freedom" for its custom stars-and-stripes paint job and bears the name on both sides.  The  former J.B. Hunt fleet tractor was unveiled in June, embarking on a nationwide tour including the Great West and Great American Truck Shows to showcase its new look. Additionally, the truck toured almost one hundred TravelCenters of America locations, gathering entries from class A-licensed drivers.  It was at the nearby TravelCenters of America stop in Jackson, Georgia, that Dailey submitted the winning entry only a few weeks prior to the random drawing for the truck.

The "Sweet Freedom" makeover included enhancements such as Firestone FS590 PLUS tires, Centramatic wheel balancers, custom Chrome Shop Mafia wheels and stacks, seats and bumpers from Accuride and Bostrom, "The Enhancer" Progressive Valve System from RMR Pro-Diesel Technology, and an auxiliary power unit from Centramatic.  First prize winner Darren Daggett of Queen Creek, Arizona, won a set of Firestone FS590 PLUS steer tires; second prize winner Chris Dunn of Louisville, Kentucky, received a leather "Born to Truck" jacket, also courtesy of Firestone.  Other major sponsors of the Sweet Freedom truck build included Howe's Lubricator, Freightliner Trucks, Mobil Delvac, and Panasonic products from Pana-Pacific.

Todd Dailey, a former owner-operator, began working as a company driver following the devastation of hurricane Katrina; now that he's a truck owner again, he plans to make his living with "Sweet Freedom", leasing with a local transport company. Drivers and listeners can visit www.midnighttrucking.com to hear the announcement and on-air interview with Mr. Dailey.

Midnight Trucking Radio is heard nationwide on 50,000-watt AM stations and on XM's Open Road, channel 171.  J.B. Hunt Transport provides safe, reliable transportation services to customers throughout the U.S., Canada and Mexico and employs some 17,000 individuals.  For information on driving opportunities with J.B.
