J. F. Electric, Incorporated brings a wealth of electrical knowledge and experience to the St. Louis area and the Midwest region. J. F. Electric, together with its sister company Donco Electrical Construction

J. F. Electric traces its roots to 1925 and The Fowler Company, a mechanical contracting firm established by James E. Fowler in St. Louis, Missouri. Under the leadership of James' son Charles R. Fowler, the company expanded and diversified into electrical construction, redoubling its efforts in the Southern Illinois market.

Distinguished by a diversity of service offerings, J. F. Electric provides electrical installations for commercial, industrial, communications, and utility customers. Proven strengths include transmission and distribution line construction, plans and specifications bid work, design and build, negotiated, and special systems installations, and extend to meter reading, telecommunications, and fiberoptics systems. Preventative maintenance is available, as are service repairs and round-the-clock emergency on-call service.

There are four types of departments such as Commercial and Industrial, Design Build Services, Transmission & Distribution, Meter Reading.

 

Commercial and Industrial

Since 1969, J. F. Electric, Incorporated has been serving the needs of commercial and industrial clients in the St. Louis Metro-East area. Although the company has diversified into other market areas over the years, the Commercial and Industrial Department continues as a mainstay in the overall corporate operation.

 

Design Build Services

The engineering involvement critical to success and required by law is fully integrated into each phase of the design and construction process. They are minimizing constructability issues in the design phase, before construction begins

 

Transmission & Distribution

Due to the size of our coverage area, we can respond to most local customers within a minimal amount of time.

 

Meter Reading

J. F. Electric and Donco Electrical Construction LLC take a serious approach in meter reading that affects customer satisfaction. They treat each utility customer as their own. Their goal is to minimize estimates, miss reads, and customer complaints.
