In 1963, Jim formed Lipari Food Distributors to distribute Bazzo's, Lipari Foods is headquartered in St. Clair Shores, MI inline with the other products, which continues to be added to the Lipari Product line.
They have many independent supermarkets. Lipari was the first company in Southeastern Michigan to market in-store frozen dough to the bakeries and independent grocers. Lipari foods have experienced tremendous growth. Their growth has come in many forms including: acquisition of two distribution businesses, product expansion including the addition of full-line packaging and several partnerships with wholesale warehouses. The facility in Warren is now more than 270,000 square feet.
They are also assisting with sales and profit increases, promotional assistance, niche program development, category management assistance, reduction in food costs (Ingredients & Supplies), merchandising & new idea development. It includes labor containment, shrink control, program efficiencies.
The company is dealing in Bakery items, deli food products, packaging the food items and storing in warehouse. They are also doing retail, wholesale business and they are planning to implement the confections also.

The complete meat department supplies all kinds of meat product to their customers. All produce trays, bags and supplies labels for all departments scale labels for major brand scales. Generous selection of retail foodservice products includes spices, sauces, dressings, olives, condiments etc.
