They understand the various Federal and State regulatory agencies including the FAA.  Such as roadway lighting, traffic signals, hi-mast lighting, overhead and cantilever signs, motion detection systems and installations, traffic monitoring and taxiway lighting and guidance signs, REIL and RAIL and Malsar systems, runway centerline lighting, VASI and PAPI lights control.
