The company grew and expanded through the years as Walter Yoder brought two of his sons, Bill Yoder and John Yoder, Sr., into the business. In 1962, the Yoders founded and operated Pinto Utilities, Inc., a public utility company providing water and wastewater service for the Bel Air and Glen Oaks communities until 1993.
