TEUC was setup in 1983 as a small overhead electric distribution contracting company. They have grown into a multi-faceted utility construction firm with expertise and field experience in all aspects of utility construction that has set them apart as an industry leader in the South Central United States. Their services extend through seven states in the Southwest.
TEUC serves a large sector from investor owned companies to rural electric cooperatives, municipalities and other government entities. They are a full-service utility contractor with over 100 construction crews. A bonding capacity of $100 million insures there are no jobs too big or small. The expansive, nation-wide InfrastruX network of fleet departments and material warehouses ensure their clients the job is getting done with the right equipment. Their equipments are bucket trucks, digger derrick trucks, track-mounted diggers, pressure tip diggers, all-terrain bucket vehicles, rope rigs, rock trenchers etc The safe, efficient work force at TEUC ensures the positive distribution construction. Their other services include pole replacement, system improvements, new construction, street lighting and voltage conversion (up to 69kv).

Their services includes trenching underground conduit and cable, conduit installation and maintenance, inner duct placement, manhole installation, controlled environment vault installation, manhole survey work, directional and non-directional boring, gas distribution systems and vacuum line locating. Transmission and substation construction receives the same professional dedication as all of TEUCs divisions. The transmission and substation services includes new substation construction, substation upgrade, switch station construction, substation maintenance, design, construct and manage complex 69, 138 kv transmission line projects, analyze and plan system maintenance and expansion, installation of system protection, maintenance upgrades and line inspection.
