The Loxcreen Company Inc was established in 1947, and by Charles R. Parrish and his son John F Parrish are the founders of the company. They started as a custom aluminum and vinyl extruder. In addition to aluminum and vinyl extrusions, they also stock standard extrusions, coil, stainless steel, floor trim, storm and screen doors, and a complete line of building products.

The Building Products Group manufactures and distributes roll formed products, window screens and storm doors to retail building products and home improvement stores throughout the southeast from its location in Columbia, South Carolina and has expanded into custom, computerized fabrication of component parts for other original equipment manufacturers. The Floor Covering Group was formed by the acquisition of Bengard Manufacturing in Toronto, Canada in 2000. Bengard produces a wide selection of transitional mouldings and related products for use in both residential and commercial flooring applications. The acquisition of Kinkead in 2002 positioned the company as the leading supplier of these products in North America.
