Tom Ryan Distributing Company was founded in 1946. Thomas P. Ryan was founder of the Tom Ryan Distributing Company it was situated somewhere in Michigan. Initially, he began the business as selling Fox Deluxe Beer brewed in Grand Rapids. In the 1940s, Henry Fox Brewery has grown as the distributor for more than 100 breweries in Michigan.

Tom Ryan Distributing trucks are on the road making deliveries to stores, bars, and restaurants in Genesee and Lapeer counties having been in business for years.
Tom Ryan Distributing Company was operating as a wholesale beer distributorship in the Flint area has been their business since 1946. In 1949 they have primarily been an Anheuser-Busch distributor. In August of 1986 they expanded their operation and product line to include many other beverages. On October 14, 1996, Tom Ryan Distributing Company celebrated its 50th anniversary.
In addition to Anheuser-Busch beers, they provide their retailers with a broad range of products that include juices, flavored waters, mineral water, many imported and domestic beers, wines, wine coolers and non-alcoholic beverages. Currently, they are the largest beer and wine distributor in Genesee and Lapeer Counties.
Tom Ryan Distributing Co., Inc. is the sole distributor of Anheuser-Busch products for Genesee and Lapeer counties in Michigan. They also sell and deliver many wines including Gallo, Sutter Home, Berringer, and other imported beers such as Labatts, Heineken, and Guinness.
