William L Bonnell Company Inc. is a subsidiary of Tredegar Corporation. William L Bonnell Company is a full service aluminum extruder offering standard aluminum extrusions and custom aluminum extrusions using a variety of aluminum alloys , aluminum finishes , and aluminum fabrication options.
 
The company also offers aluminum billet and aluminum logs in a variety of aluminum alloys utilizing their aluminum casting capabilities.
 
The Bonnell companies offer three distinct products which are Extrusion, Billet and Ladder. Each product receives company support and focus from its dedicated team. Vertical integration among these products creates a synergy which elevates each to the top in their respective industry.
 
Aluminum extrusions are the heart of their business. Since the discovery of aluminum in 1827 the world has adapted to this metal which allows high strength-to-weight ratios. They operate 23 extrusion presses housed in seven extrusion plants located throughout the United States and Canada. Each press is operated to strict standards and most are equipped with the latest state-of-the-art controls and handling equipment, ensuring superior extrusions with superb surface finish quality and will be the most highly regarded aluminum extrusion company in its chosen markets.
 
The company has billet casting operations in three of its seven plants in North America Ontario, Tennessee, and Georgia. While the majority of the casting capacity is used for internal requirements, sale of billet to third party customers is a long term strategic component of their casting business.
