Minimum Requirements Must be 23 years of age Must have 1 year flatbed OTR tractor / trailer / verifiable experience within the last five years Must have load tarping experience Must have 10 years of verifiable employment history DAC & MVR must match application history Been employed as a driver for 1 year out of the last 5 years Less than 6 jobs changes in 3 years Valid CDL-A current state / residence on license No D.O.T. preventable / chargeable accidents in the last 3 years No DUI, DWI, or felony convictions No revocation or suspensions / No work permits No speeding violations that exceed 15 mph over posted speed limit No more than 2 moving violations within 6 months No more than 3 moving violations within the last 3 years
