Requirements

• Must be 23 years of age
• Must have Class A CDL
• Must have 1 year experience
• No more than 1 at fault accident in the last 3 years
• No more than three minor moving violations with in three year
• No more than two major moving violations in three years
• No DUI or DWI violations in the last 5 years
