CENTRAL OREGON DRIVER REQUIREMENTS

• Must be at least 24 years of age
• Must have 1 year CDL experience
• No more than 1 accident in the past 3 years
• No more than 2 moving violations in the past 3 years
• No DUI or DWI in the past 5 years
• No Convictions in the Past 5 Years
