• Must be 23 years of age
• Must have 2 years experience
• No at-fault accidents involving a fatality, bodily injury, or tow-away from the scene
• No more than 3 moving violations in the last 4 years or 2 in the last 12 months. No serious or disqualifying violations in the last 4 years.
• No DUI or DWI violations in the last 10 years
