Dispatch, Pay, and Miles

$.36 to $.41 per mile (teams can earn up to $.45/mile split between both drivers)

Bonuses and Benefits

Sign-on bonus ($250 paid after 90 days as long as no accidents, tickets, or late appointments)

Referral bonus ($500 paid after 6 months as long as referred drive for 6 months and 65,000 miles within 6 months, and both drivers are still employed at Leader Express)

Safety bonus ($25 - $250 based on longevity, no tickets, no accidents, and no out of service violations)

Vacation pay (1 week paid vacation after 1 year as a W-2 employee)

Must be 23 years of age
-
Must have 2 years of OTR tractor trailer experience

No more than 1 accident in the past 3 years
-
No more than 4 moving violations in the past 36 months, no more than 2 in the last 12 months. (none speeding over 14 mph)

No DUIs
-
No convictions concerning drugs, violence, or theft EVER
