Company Drivers – Solos and Teams Solos make $.32 - $.35 cpm, depending on experience Longevity up to $.41 cpm Teams make $.42 cpm Paid Weekly on Fridays by Direct Deposit MONTHLY PERFORMANCE BONUS! Up to 4 cpm! Tri-State Delivery, Inc. has a company provided life insurance policy in effect after 90 days. TSD also has a major medical with 2 plans to choose from!

We will do our best to get you home every 12 to 14 days or better. 1 day off for each seven out.

Hiring Area:

To become a driver for Tri-State Delivery, Inc. you must have these qualifications:

You must have 3 years OTR experience. No DUI’s in the past 5 years. Never if DUI in CMV. No more than 3 traffic violations in the past 3 years. Must be 25 years of age. No more than 2 preventable accidents in the past 3 years. No positive drug results.
